Daily Update - Mohammad Elkady - (June-06-2022)

1.  What did I do today?

I practiced CMG Software.

 

2.  What did I find interesting/Work on? 

-       First Project

·      CMG Software has issue with Rs and Bo after Bubble point pressure. so you should calculate them using correlations.

·      This project is a simple one with a homogenous reservoir as shown in the 3D view below

·      The plot below shows Water Cut and is from the RESULTS software after simulating using IMEX

-       Also, I practiced Simulating Horizontal wells as shown in the figure below

-       Trigger option under Wells & Recurrent allow reservoir monitoring and applying actions according to that action as we can see in the plot below the cyclic average reservoir pressure.

 

 

3.  What will I do next? 

I will keep practice different scenarios on CMG Software and I will focus on simulating Hydraulically fractured reservoirs.
